Jason Rowland has been inspecting homes in the Metro Atlanta area since 2009. He got his start with a major home inspection company before deciding to purchase a home inspection franchise in 2011. Jason later decided to branch out on his own, and this is when the locally-owned and operated company Above All Inspections was founded.

Jason loves everything about houses, including inspecting and building them. In fact, he still serves as a consultant to investors and house flippers who are looking for general contracting advice. Home inspecting is his full-time job, and Jason takes each inspection as seriously as the one that came before and the one that will come after.

Our home inspector utilizes his firefighting background during each inspection. He keeps an eye out for any potential fire hazards and is especially diligent about trying to spot any type of safety issues when children will be living in the home.

When Jason isn’t helping Metro Atlanta residents with their home inspection needs, he spends time with his family and coaches his youngest son’s soccer team. He also loves to spend time outdoors and has an extreme passion for cooking.
